Luton Literature Book Festival

Luton Literature Present: Luton Literature Book Festival 2024

Saturday 9 November - 9.30am - 8.30pm - events throughout the day

This year's festival celebrates diversity in literature with a vibrant programme of national adult and children's author events, workshops, storytelling sessions, and a panel discussion featuring SI Leeds Literary Prize Shortlisted authors!

Author events are hybrid, so you can attend in person at the Hat Factory Arts Centre, or join the online live stream, click on the descriptions below

Join livestream for adult author events, including Mahsuda Snaith, Jasmine Elmer, Michael Stewart, Eva Verde and the Panel Discussion with SI Leeds authors

Join livestream for children's author events, including Sharna Jackson, Adeola Sokunbi, Sufiya Ahmed and Steve Cole

BSL (British Sign Language) interpreters will be present at these author events, ensuring our deaf community can enjoy the event more easily. They will not be filed on the livestream.

Over at Luton Central Library, there will be creative poetry and writing workshops for adults and children, storytelling sessions and arts and crafts activities, PLUS a local authors and illustrators fair, delivered in partnership with Clod Magazine, Utter! Lutonia and Luton Libraries.
