Discover how we can tell stories using hand gestures (Mudras), mime (Abhinaya) and movement compositions (Nritta). While learning new skills, the classes promise to be fun, insightful and exhilarating.

An opportunity to discover and develop skills to enhance and connect with your BODY through Nritta (footwork, rhythm, movement, pirouettes) and MIND through Nritya (storytelling, co-ordination, holistic expression and engagement).

Discover your potential and expression of your body through a dance form that has been flourishing and evolving in the UK over the last five decades and for centuries in the Indian subcontinent.
