A pioneer of the Acid Jazz scene, the James Taylor Quartet takes to the Hat Factory stage for an unmissable performance with his trademark howling Hammond sound.

Boogaloo Funk of the 60s and 70s mixed in with a rare groove style to form one of the most important Jazz-Pop Crossover outfits in British musical history to date.

With multi-faceted albums reaching genres such as jazz, funk, soul, rock, and even rap, diverse doesn’t begin to describe James Taylor Quartet.

The performance space is on the ground floor and is fully accessible to all. Accessible toilets are also located near the space.

Situated in the heart of the cultural quarter, the Hat Factory is a stone’s throw from Luton’s mainline train station and bus interchange. If you are planning to drive to the event please find below a list of the closest car parks to our venue:

Each car park is a 2-5 minute walk from our venue and are open 24 hours.
