Clay Club: November

The festive season is looming and what better way to get in the spirit than coming and making your very own ceramic Christmas decorations! πŸŽ„πŸŽ„πŸŽ„

We will be using the colour rich terracotta clay and using different forms of surface decoration to add detail to our festive ornaments. We will also have special hoops for hanging them straight on the Christmas tree! This will be a great workshop for kids to come and get creative, but also for adults who want to get in the Christmas cheer (and maybe make some handmade presents!)

You'll be provided all the clay and tools required so just bring yourself, an experimental attitude and some clothes you don't mind getting a little messy! We'll be guiding you through the required techniques to make the most festive clay companions so do arrive on time to avoid missing any demos!

There is the option to glaze the works if you so wish but we would recommend keeping them unglazed, just consider it when you checkout - you can always opt for glazing later!

All works will be ready for collection in time for Christmas!

The session will be held at the Hat Factory and is 100% accessible. All ages and abilities welcome!
