Paper People Workshop: March

Join local creative Tamara Nkrumah and get messily creative, designing your own paper people to place in our own Luton scene.

We will be experimenting with pastels, paint, fabric, collaging and ink creating eye catching outfits inspired by the vibrant colour palettes of Africa and the Caribbean.

The Paper People created in these sessions will for a visual landscape of Luton through the lens of a child’s eye, to be displayed late Spring 2025 in The Hat Factory Arts Centre

This workshop is brought to you by Luton Matter's Factory Associate, Tamara Nkrumah as part of a series of workshops celebrating Black identity through fashion in Luton. The programme is kindly funded by The Steel Charitable Trust.

Running Time: 75 minutes
